Cancellation Policy​

​       We reserve every appointment especially for you! Please

   understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment

  without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that                appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to

  receive services.

 We require  24hrs on all non chemical services

   48hrs for all chemical services

      There will be a 25% charge if you cancel or reschedule your     appointment within the cancellation policy timeframe of your scheduled   appointment time. If you No Show your appointment there will be a 50%   charge. The charge will be added to your next appointment.

      We reserve the right to require a $50.00 deposit on all chemical   appointments, that will be put towards the balance at time of service. This   deposit will be forfeited in the event of a last minute cancellation or No   Show.

Refund Policy

      Your satisfaction is our top priority.  Should you have any questions or   concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify us   within 3 days of your service. We will do our best to better meet your   expectations. An appointment will be scheduled with the stylist who     performed your service, at no additional charge to you.
